Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the laboratory - Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures - Ensure compliance with CCC regulations and guidelines - Supervise laboratory staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Coordinate and prioritize laboratory projects and assignments - Collaborate with research and development teams to design and execute experiments - Analyze and interpret laboratory data, prepare reports, and present findings to management - Maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs - Ensure the accuracy and integrity of laboratory records and documentation - Implement quality control measures to ensure accurate test results - Oversee inventory management of laboratory supplies
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting - Industry knowledge on all manufacturing products(strength with vape and extraction) - Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, techniques, and protocols - Familiarity with CCC regulations for manufacturing - Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven ability to work well in a team environment We offer competitive compensation packages including benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
