Gemini Dogs Inc, is a 24-hour full-service dog care facility, offering doggie daycare, overnight boarding, grooming, and training.
We have been in business for over 30 years and are still going strong.
We have proudly grown to care for an average of 100 daycare/boarding dogs per day.
Position Requirements and Details:
We have a full-time permanent position Must be 18 years or older We love it when you can be available days, nights, weekends, and holidays; we will schedule you to work the same hours each week, so you always know when you are working ahead of time.
You must have a somewhat flexible schedule to start, as we like to train you initially between the hours of 9am-5pm, and then we assign a set schedule of 6am-2pm, 11am-7pm, 2pm-10pm (or some variation of that) after a few weeks of that shift.
MUST have reliable transportation Must be comfortable handling large and energetic dogs Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
Must be an energetic person willing to clean, vacuum, mop, do dishes, do laundry, etc.
And you must be able to literally get down on your knees and reach inside of the dog's crates to wipe them down, so you must be physically fit Must be able to work outdoors year-round, as dogs do play outside Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
All employees will complete the Dog Gurus Knowing Dogs 101 & 201 staff training program Applicant Qualities:
