Responsibilities:
Assist in Operations with both property Bistro and FOHAssist check-in/check-out procedures, telephone procedures, hotel amenities, and computer systemsAssisting in Brand standards & training new associates.
Will provide coverage at the Front Desk as needed.
Assist with hotel Bistro operations Monitor guest satisfaction reviews and scores with the General Manager and improve accordingly.
Ensure teams compliance Marriott & Company StandardsGreet guests and respond to guest inquiries, requests and issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner and resolves guest concerns.
Manage the housekeeping/laundry department as well as some housekeeping responsibilities as needed.
Work with other departments to ensure operations are running smoothly in tandem with one anotherKeywords:
