We are currently looking for a self-motivated, guest-focused candidate to fill the position of Front Desk Supervisor.
The ideal candidate will be welcoming, efficient & professional.
The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for the success of the front desk, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction.
The Front Desk Supervisor assists in all areas of the hotel to achieve and maintain Courtyard by Marriott, and Lafrance Hospitality standards.
Pay:

Day shift, Evening shift, Holidays, Morning shiftResponsibilitiesWorks to achieve a friendly atmosphere for fellow associates and hotel guestsDisplays exemplary performance as an example for the staff to emulatePerforms training and revenue management strategies with the staffSupervises Guest Representatives, Night Auditors and acts as Manager on Duty as neededProduces accurate financial reports on timeEnsures that policy and procedure are followed and administered consistentlyUnderstands local health and safety codesIs knowledgeable about all brand standardsMaintains a positive, cooperative work environment between personnel and managementRequirementsMinimum 1-2 years hotel front desk experience Supervisory experience preferred FOSSE & Prior Marriott Brand experience preferredStrong interest and willingness to develop sound managerial and team building skills, to lead a team effectivelyExcellent communication skillsComfortable with hotel computer reservation systemsAbility to teach adult learnersAvailable to work a flexible schedule ( Nights & weekends )BenefitsPTO & 401KHealth & DentalBrand Wide Room Discounts Company Wide Room Discount Program 90 day Review & Annual Review Program Extensive Room for Growth Paid Training About the Company:
