Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of landscapers and provide guidance and direction - Plan and execute landscaping projects, including tree care, groundskeeping, garden maintenance, irrigation, and lawn care - Oversee the installation of landscape features such as plants, trees, hardscapes, and irrigation systems - Ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and within the designated timeframe - Monitor and maintain the quality of work performed by the team - Train new team members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures - Communicate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscaping and groundskeeping - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team - In-depth knowledge of tree care, garden maintenance, irrigation systems, and lawn care techniques - Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship - Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members Note:
