This is a full-time, Monday-Friday 8:
00am-4:
30pm in office position with a nice benefits package.
Experience or familiarity with the drinking water industry is required.
Former drinking water operator or DEP experience is preferred.
This is an admin, desk position so if you are looking to be out in the field, this would not be the job for you.
Candidate will work as a team member in performing the responsibilities outlined below.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of various annual reports (ASRs, CCRs, etc.
) Assist field operators Organize information and present it clearly Ensure deadlines are met Maintain required project documentation Serve as a liaison between clients, field operators and DEP Complete after action reports related to incidents as PWS sites DEP compliance of the various water systems we are contracted to operate including some on the wastewater side
Qualifications:
Strong project & time management skills Strong analysis and critical thinking skills Strong attention to detail Team orientated and work well with others Strong writing and verbal communication skills Skills in computer applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook with proficiency in data management and data entry Bachelors degree in the field of environmental science, biology, chemistry, earth science, environmental health, natural science, toxicology or public health is a preferred Job Types:
