Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers - Follow assigned routes and schedules for timely deliveries - Load and unload products using pallet jacks, forklifts, or manual methods - Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and ensure all items are accounted for - Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle - Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving Skills:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Experience operating manual transmission vehicles - Ability to navigate using GPS or maps to find the most efficient routes - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order verification and documentation - Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading of heavy items - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members Note:
Experience with courier services, route driving, warehouse operations, tractor-trailers, or forklifts is a plus.
