Fraud Analyst Location:

Workers Credit Union has an incredible opportunity for a highly skilled Fraud Analyst to join our Risk Management Department.
Every day we will rely on you to research and investigate cases of fraud and other financial crimes against the credit union and our members.
You will interview victims, witnesses, and suspects, write interview summaries for management, law enforcement and prosecutors and will provide continuous support during the investigation through the case closure.
You will conduct research and analysis on fraudulent debit card and high-risk transactions across all channels and will prepare necessary documentation to track fraud cases including case reports, charge off reports and entries, recovery payments, and law enforcement referrals.
You will communicate suggested restitution agreements among key stakeholders and will ensure timely communication with management on all situations being investigated.
To be successful in this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience in credit union or banking operations with a minimum of one year experience investigating financial crimes.
Excellent analytical and investigative skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment is required.
