Nashoba Family Dentists is looking for a Full-Time, Patient Service Representative to join our dental work family.

00 pm (With the option of working a half day on Monday) Tuesday - 7:

00 pm Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
-Ensure the alignment of the office with the core purpose and beliefs of the Company - Present treatment plans to patients in a clear and concise manner - Present financial options to patients to facilitate the decision to say yes - Calculate and collect co-payments when services are rendered -Manage provider schedules to maximize productivity and also allow for exceptional patient care -Answer incoming calls, emails/correspondence, (including interoffice communication platforms such as Weave), in a timely and professional manner Nashoba Family Dentists is taking all extra precautions to keep our patients and staff safe.
We will provide all the necessary PPE required by ADA, CDC, and OSHA.
