The salary range for this position is $65k - $75k per year.
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
Position
Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment for all WCU position vacancies.
General
Responsibilities:
Market and promote all job openings to attract a high volume of qualified candidates.
Look for creative ways to build a pipeline of diverse qualified candidates through traditional sourcing, networking, job fair attendance, social media advertising, and employment branding opportunities.
Conduct initial phone interviews with applicants to identify skills, qualifications, and overall fit for job based on identified criteria and Hiring Manager's needs.
Schedules job interviews accordingly.
Initiate applicant background verifications and reviews information to formulate a hiring decision.
Extend job offers to applicants verbally and in writing.
Assist with new hire integration programs, including first day orientation and related onboarding processes to ensure successful new hire behavioral and skills fit into WCU culture.
What you will need to be successful:
Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in the financial services industry or a credit union environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Responsible for tasks that are often unstructured and where the issues addressed are less defined, requiring new perspectives and creative approaches.
Excellent writing skills for reporting and communication, to all levels of the organization.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
