Leasing Agent

A new client of ours is looking for a qualified Administrative and Customer Service professional to work as a Leasing Agent at their apartment rental property. The person they are in need of will be friendly, professional, hardworking, display terrific phone etiquette, and possess administrative office skills.
Primary Duties:
Answering phones, greeting current and new potential residents that come into a busy property office
Accepting applications from prospective tenants
Conducting prospective tenant tours of facility and newly open apartments for rent
Administrative duties including handling mail, email, filing, faxing and copying
Working with others as needed regarding tours and adminstrative duties
Requirements/
Experience:
Customer service and administrative experience
Bachelors Degree
Yardi software
Hospitality background a plus
Computer and phone skills
Microsoft outlook, word, excel
Presents well, reliable, hard-working, pleasant and interacts well with others
Professional verbal and written communication skills


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
