The Program Manager is responsible for managing the activities of a large development program that has significant impact on core & new business development. The incumbent should have a working knowledge of product development life cycles especially as they relate to the Agile or Iterative methods. The Program Manager is expected to manage the overall development and performance of projects within the program. He/She will be accountable for overall project results, developing metrics, and generating the detailed program plan/schedule while managing program resources, and monitoring and managing risks. Job Duties: As a Program Manager working on the MedPresence team, you will be empowered and inspired to do your best work. You will contribute to our mission through a relentless drive to release innovative products, promoting teamwork, adhering to our core values & ensuring quality and on-schedule deliveries. In a typical day, you will:  Manage & guide the development program from preliminary requirements to commercial release.  Provide leadership to coordinate & manage cross functional efforts, identify risks and focus priorities escalating resource conflicts as necessary.  Apply program management techniques to ensure technical, financial, and schedule successes. Develop and maintain program priorities, and development goals. Work closely with senior management to establish and achieve project milestones. Manage and coordinate efforts with marketing, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory, and other internal organizations. Manage the Design History File & engineering documentation deliverables for the program.  Lead the development of next generation video documentation products. Perform all other essential duties as assigned.   Job Requirements: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelor's Degree in a technical field, such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science. Minimum of 10 years of practical engineering experience. Minimum of 5 years of successful program management experience; Medical device industry experience is a plus. Limited Travel. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  Experience with video is a plus FDA 21 CFR 820.30 (design controls) ISO 14971 Risk Management.  Experience managing major programs while fostering a team based working environment.  Excellent planning and organizational, project management and time management skills.  Possess a strong working knowledge of the FDA's Quality System Regulation (QSR), Medical Device Directives (MDD) and practical application through Design Control SOPs Verification and Validation testing. Ability to manage multiple project releases at a given time.  Entrepreneurial spirit required. PMP Certification. 4293BR

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
