Job Description Littleton, MA - The Product Manager manages the day to day activities to support the global systems integration portfolio including enterprise content management, systems integration, recording/documentation, OR integration, and collaboration platforms.   Olympus embraces diversity and inclusion. Create product specifications, globally relevant messaging, competitive positioning, and other sales tools required for successful product launch. Lead voice of the customer field work with clinical teams in all phases of product conception and development.  Develop unique value proposition of assigned features or products.  Ensure the field understands and can effectively leverage for competitive advantage.  Serve as technical and product expert for sales, support, and customer activities for assigned products.  Develop strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.  In particular - clinical stakeholders (physicians, nurses, administration, IT) to drive product innovation and understand key workflows.  Develop product/market requirements and user stories for all aspects of the product including warranty, service, and support.   Provide input to product roadmap and maintains product backlogs.  Monitor clinical, business, competitive, and technology trends to fuel innovation pipeline, inform product decisions, and maintain subject matter expertise.  Develop deep understanding of competitive landscape.   Contribute to and review technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.  Lead ECO process for assigned features and/or product(s).Manages beta, pilot, customer advisory, and user community programs. Perform all other essential duties as required.   Job Requirements: (ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED) Bachelor's degree, preferably in CS, EE, or other technical or scientific discipline is required. MBA and/or advanced degree, a plus.  Minimum of 5 years of successful product management for complex, enterprise-class healthcare IT products is required. Preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in medical imaging, OR integration, digital/IP video, EHR, and cloud-based healthcare applications. Masters/MBA and minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred.  Successful launch of a new product or full product life cycle is desired.   Internal candidates meeting educational requirements with 3+ years of Olympus experience will also be considered. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex, technical concepts in a compelling and simple way to customers and to communicate customer needs effectively to R&D is essential.  Demonstrate strong professional image and leadership skills are necessary. Must possess the ability to deliver high quality, high output results in high cadence environments. Must be self-motivated, with ability to work individually and in a team. Must possess the ability to thrive in an environment requiring consistent collaboration across a global, matrixed organization. Must possess the ability to lead diverse cross-functional teams through influence rather than direct authority.   Highly developed written and verbal communications skills are desired.  Excellent presenter to both technical and customer audiences is necessary. Results oriented individual with track record of meeting established goals, driving new customer acquisition, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting achievement of business objectives is desired. Must possess the ability to plan strategically and implement tactically.  Strong analytical ability, financial modeling, organizational, and communication skills are essential. Must possess the ability to make high-stakes, well-reasoned, and timely decisions with incomplete information.  Successful delivery of products to market is preferred. 3123BR

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
